Mary Myers brings 15 years of expertise in the holistic nutrition field. A graduate of the Trinity School of Natural Health, Mary is a Naturopathic Doctor and Master Herbalist. She is also a member of the American Association of Nutritional Consultants.
Foot Reflexology—$25 for 1/2 hour

Swedish Massage—$30.00 half hour $50.00 and hour
A relaxing massage by one of our accredited therapists will soothe you while reducing body stress and muscle fatigue. Research shows that a professional massage can improve circulation and restore energy levels.
Deep Tissue Massage—$35 for 1/2 hour; $60 for one hour
This therapeutic intense massage focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue.
Acupuncture—$60 for one hour
Acupuncture (from Lat. acus, "needle" (noun), and pungere, "prick"
(verb)) or in Standard Mandarin, zhen jiu (?? lit: needle - moxibustion)
is a technique of inserting and manipulating filiform needles into
"acupuncture points" on the body. According to acupunctural
teachings this will restore health and well-being, and is particularly
good at treating pain.
Hot Stone Massage—$70 per hour
A traditional massage enhanced with smooth heated basalt stones and hot essential oils. The heat penetrates the muscles and releases tension resulting in the ultimate in relaxation promoting harmony, balance and peace.
